Acta Intelligence Group is a career intelligence company. We build the decision-layer infrastructure for how people, institutions, and employers match work to capability — the structured evidence a job board can't produce and a coach can't scale.

The Moment

The same AI tools that let a job seeker send 100 applications in an afternoon let employers reject 99 of them in milliseconds. The system tipped from scarce to noisy. Career decisions broke — on both sides. Acta exists to rebuild the layer underneath.

The System

A company-and-candidate intelligence platform with a proprietary scoring methodology, refined across hundreds of companies and seven industries — designed to be defensible in front of an investor, a regulator, or a graduating student. Not a job board. Not a coach. Not a résumé tool.

The proof of the system is its outputs — not its founders.

People don't want to be saved. They want to be seen.

The biggest career decisions in a person's life aren't made when more information arrives. They're made when someone finally has the language for what they already know about themselves — and the evidence to act on it.

That gap got wider, not narrower, when AI entered the picture. A system designed to filter for speed is not a system designed to recognize a person. Acta's mission is to put structured intelligence back where it belongs: in the hands of the person making the decision.

Career intelligence shouldn't depend on a polished résumé and a tolerance for being filtered. We don't accept that it does.

PRINCIPLE 01

Empowerment over noise.

The answer to a flood of AI-generated applications isn't more applications. It's better decisions. We build tools that help a person send the right ten résumés instead of the wrong hundred — and that help institutions and employers read what those ten actually mean.

Clarity without filters.

The modern job search puts a keyword screen between a person and an opportunity. We build for the people most likely to be filtered out before anyone reads their name — and we give them the evidence the filter was never going to surface.

Agency above all.

The move is always theirs. We give people intelligence — we never make the decision for them. Human agency is the variable everyone else forgot to protect.

The whole person matters.

Résumés show chronology, not calling. Titles show rank, not capacity. We build systems that see people as whole humans — values, resilience, decision-making style, what compounds over time.

Cristina
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Cristina brings nearly three decades of executive leadership in healthcare — spanning product strategy, commercial growth, regulatory navigation, and member experience at scale. She founded Acta Intelligence Group to solve a problem she witnessed repeatedly across her career: talented people making consequential decisions without the intelligence to back them. She leads product vision, go-to-market strategy, and investor relations.

David
Co-Founder & Head of Contracts

David brings 20+ years of contracts and procurement leadership across entertainment, consulting, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors — managing over $800M in annual enterprise spend. His expertise spans vendor negotiation, contract lifecycle management, and operational infrastructure. He leads all contracting, procurement, and operational systems for Acta — ensuring that as the company scales, every partnership is built on a sound foundation.

Advisors

Acta is in the process of formalizing relationships with a small group of advisors selected for their expertise in higher education, organizational psychology, and category-defining technology platforms.

Advisor profiles will be announced as agreements are finalized.

Board

The company will seat a formal board of directors following its first institutional financing round.

Twenty-seven years in healthcare taught me one thing above all else: systems that don't see the individual don't serve the individual. I watched the same pattern play out everywhere — talented people deferring the decisions that would have changed their lives, not because they lacked ambition, but because the system gave them no real way to evaluate one option against another.

Acta exists because clarity precedes confidence, and agency is the variable every other system forgot to protect. Even in an age of artificial intelligence, the most valuable force in any room is still a person who knows their own worth. We built Acta to expand that — not replace it.
