One platform live. More to come.

Acta builds AI infrastructure for the highest-stakes decisions people make about their work. Today that means career intelligence. Tomorrow it means more.

Product 01 Live in Production

Your Next Move.

The career clarity platform — built for the moment a decision actually gets made, not the moment a job gets posted.

What it does.

Your Next Move maps what a person actually carries into a role — values, decision-making style, transferable capability — and matches it against verified intelligence on 700+ companies — and growing monthly — scored across culture accountability, leadership quality, growth environment, structural clarity, and inclusion.

The output is a fit score in both directions. The decision stays with the user.

Who it's for

  • 01Career changers — professionals pivoting industries who need to vet a new sector's culture before committing.

Built For Two Moments · 02

The step before the job board.

Universities and the students they serve face the same gap from opposite sides. Career centers are asked to prepare students for a working world that no longer hands out a clear playbook. Students are asked to choose careers before they’ve had a chance to know themselves.

Your Next Move was built for that gap.

For universities and career centers

A new foundation for advising.

Career centers carry a question that’s gotten harder every year: how do you prepare students for a working world that won’t sit still long enough to be explained?

Students arrive with strong opinions about careers and very little experience to back them up. They’re routed to job boards before they’ve had a chance to understand their own motivations, their working styles, or where they’ll actually thrive. The result is an action gap — applications without intention, internships without direction, first roles chosen on incomplete information.

Your Next Move gives career centers a different starting point. Students arrive at the job board with personal clarity already in hand — a structured profile of how they think, what energizes them, and which industries align with who they are. Advisors meet students with evidence, not guesswork.

For graduating students and early-career professionals

Self-understanding before the first job search.

Most students are pushed toward listings before they know what kind of work fits them. Your Next Move is the step before — a way to understand motivations, working style, and the industries that actually align with who they are.

The students who complete the assessment show up to interviews with a story, not just a résumé. They communicate their strengths clearly, ask sharper questions, and choose first roles with intention. They know their edge before someone else has to discover it.

This is clarity that compounds across a career — not a one-time match, but a foundation that survives every next move.

Why this matters at the institutional level.

Career intelligence and job distribution are two different layers of the same problem. Existing job distribution platforms solve one. Your Next Move solves the other. Together they form a more honest career stack for the modern campus — self-understanding first, opportunity second.

Universities partnering with Your Next Move aren’t replacing existing tools. They’re filling the gap their existing tools were never built to address.

What The Beta Revealed · 03

Three months. Seven industries. One signal.

Before public launch, Your Next Move ran a structured beta across seven industries over three months. The findings shaped the product that’s live today.

The Transferable Skills feature emerged as the standout.

Particularly among professionals navigating pivots, layoffs, or industry shifts — the people for whom translation of past work into future direction is the hardest and the highest stakes.

Accuracy of the AI Intelligence Preview was the most consistent point of feedback.

Testers reported the preview reflecting them back to themselves with a degree of precision most career tools never attempt.

What testers wanted more of: next steps.

Self-understanding was clearly necessary. It wasn’t sufficient. The platform’s roadmap is shaped by that finding — career intelligence has to end in a decision, not a description.

Product 02 In Development

We're building the layer that comes after placement.

Career intelligence is the entry point. The harder problem is what happens after a person lands somewhere — how organizations develop the people they've hired into the people they need.

Details forthcoming. If you're a workforce development organization, an enterprise HR leader, or an investor interested in what we're building next — we'd like to talk.

How We Build · 04

Three principles behind every Acta product.

01

Defensible by design.

Every score, every assessment, every output is structured to be defended in front of a job seeker, an investor, or a regulator. AI is the engine. Evidence is the standard.

02

Human in the loop.

We use AI to expand human judgment, not replace it. Every Acta product gives the user the data and lets them decide — never the other way around.

03

Built for the underserved first.

If a product works for the veteran, the first-gen graduate, and the mid-career professional in transition, it works for everyone. We design for the harder case first and let the easier cases follow.
